Bonuses are paid at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 95% destroyed, on top of per-block coins. The description does not say whether 100% pays another bonus, and it does not print the coin value of any mark.

How do you use Destruction bonuses?
Stay on the map until you cross the next mark if you want that bonus. The per-block coins are already earned either way. If the on-screen percent does not match these four marks, trust the game UI over this list.
